Hon. Charles Ilukor is the Member of Parliament representing Kumi County.
Before joining Parliament, Ilukor worked with the office of Auditor General from 2011-2013 as a senior auditor.
Before getting promoted as a Senior Auditor, he worked as a team leader at the same office from 1994 to 2011.
He also worked as a revenue accountant at the Uganda Railways Corporation as an Internal Auditor from 1992 to 1993 and 1994 as a revenue accountant.
He joined Parliament in 2016 and currently sits in two committees in parliament; the committee on finance, planning and economic development as a member and budget committee as a member.
Ilukor holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University and Diploma in Performance Auditing from African Organisation of English-speaking Supreme Audit Institutions South Africa.
